The Festival is delighted that the Old Market Hall Cinema has stepped in to help out with this year’s festival once again. It all coincides this year, with the first ever Shrewsbury Pride which takes place 30th Sept and 1st October.
We have chosen our first festival film ‘Blue Jean’ – Sunday 1st October especially, to keep at the forefront of the Pride celebrations how our rights have been gained over the years by local activism – people grasping the nettle to benefit us all these years later. A reminder of battles past and inspirational individuals.
